  • October 2018: New-Rule and EnCompass LLC won and launched an ex post facto evaluation of five years of rule of law programming for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for Democracy, Rights, and Labor (DRL).
  • September 2018: New-Rule supported the Rule of Law Collaborative (ROLC) successful bid for the Justice Sector Training, Research and Coordination Plus (JUSTRAC+) program with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) to assist developing, fragile, and post-conflict countries in building the rule of law.
  • July 2018: New-Rule expert police adviser, Gen. Ameyi Celestin Guidimey, supported the Roadmaps to Security in Senegal and Burkina Faso program providing expertise on democratic policing and law enforcement.
