New-Rule supported the Rule of Law Collaborative (ROLC) successful bid for the Justice Sector Training, Research and Coordination Plus (JUSTRAC+) program with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) to assist developing, fragile, and post-conflict countries in building the rule of law.
