At the request of USAID, New-Rule supported the U.S. Government interagency team working on the Security and Governance Initiative (SGI)in Mali, which involved developing the Joint Country Action Plan (JCAP) with Malian counterparts.  Building on the Programme d’Urgence pour le Renforcement du Système Judiciare et la Mise en Oeuvre de l’Accord d’Alger (Plan d’Urgence) of the Malian government, the team collaboratively developed a JCAP for the justice sector.
